What imagine happened is that (( ( the spammer ) ) ()  saw some anons complain on /operate/ to the Global mods in a normal and civilized manner over how some minor things on /polru/ were going, and he just decided to roll with it. 

That he's allegedly a Russian guy who's mad at the board and is spending this much time attacking it (by spamming other boards). 

That's just B.S. thought. It's just the same guy from 2017.
