We have had some issues with the secret NEET board being invaded by endchan spammers, it seems some drunk neet posted the URL on ausneets where the notorious spammer lurks.

We do not necessarily need to know who leaked the board, provided it doesn't happen again. Let's just change the URL and whitelist all the old IP's on IRC. this would exclude the spammer.
Then the NEETs could manually white-list each other on the IRC into a permanent board.
