Is the one next to the Tick, Refresh button, countdown timer. Not F5 or the button on your browser that is not on the page. Pagination for Refesh posts feature is broken, as they are not set as posts unless the F5/Refresh browser icon is pressed.

Can you please also please fix the refresh button. Sometimes the posts are refreshing but it won't refresh unless I refresh the whole page. Can you add some functionality like on Endchan that allows you to deselect the tick box and then hit the refresh button again to force it manually refesh?

I don't think it is possible at this point.
Globals can delete boards, but from the settings not sure how to associate users with boards. So how to tell if anyone requests a board deletion that he is the BO?
Perhaps you can make a post on your board with badge on (see "Post As" options in the posting form).
